NEPTUNE MOBILE / UPDATED OCTOBER 9, 2026

Reservation privacy.

A founding reservation is a request for launch information. It does not activate mobile service, create a paid subscription or authorize a charge.

What you share

We collect your email address, selected home country, consent to reservation updates and the time you reserve. We use them to record your reservation, understand launch demand and contact you about the confirmed plan. We do not ask for a payment card, phone number or precise location.

How we measure demand

We record page visits, reservation form openings and saved reservations with campaign tags such as source, medium, campaign and creative. A random identifier kept in your browser’s session storage helps avoid counting the same action repeatedly. We do not store the full referring URL, advertising click identifiers or browsing history. If browser storage is blocked, measurement may be less accurate.

Storage and security

The site is served through Vercel and reservation records are stored in Neptune’s Neon database. Contact details are not exposed through the public reservation counter. A hashed network identifier is used to limit abuse. Authorized Neptune operators can review reservations and aggregated campaign performance.

Your choices

We use your email for reservation and launch updates. You can reply to any such update to withdraw your reservation, stop updates or request deletion. You can also contact jacksonjezio@gmail.com with the subject “Mobile reservation privacy.” We do not sell reservation contact details.

Retention and launch

Reservation and measurement records are retained for this demand test and launch planning, for up to 12 months unless you ask for deletion earlier. If mobile service launches, you will receive confirmed pricing, coverage, service terms and a service privacy notice before choosing whether to subscribe.
