Can I use Neptune Mobile today?+
Not yet. We’re validating demand and arranging the service. This is a free founding reservation, not an active phone plan. We’ll share a launch date once it’s confirmed.
Which networks and countries are included?+
Carrier agreements and coverage are being explored. We’ll publish a confirmed network and destination list before subscriptions open. The globe is a concept illustration, not a coverage map.
What will the monthly plan cost?+
Monthly pricing, data allowances, speed policies, taxes and any roaming restrictions are still being determined. Reserving today costs $0. You’ll see all terms before deciding to subscribe.
Can I keep my number and use an eSIM?+
Number transfers and eSIM activation are part of the experience we’re evaluating. Supported phones, countries and transfer rules will be confirmed before launch.
What happens after the first 100?+
Founding reservations close at 100. We’ll use this first group to understand what people need and whether the economics support a launch. A reservation doesn’t guarantee a launch or a specific service benefit.
